From Tia’s Pen

From my pen….and my heart.

If you’re reading this note and you’re one of my faithful readers, or even someone who just recently happened upon one of my books, please consider this a personal thank you.

Two of my greatest joys are to receive encouraging emails and to have someone sign my guestbook. It lets me know that this journey I’m on has touched someone’s life and that my sacrifices haven’t been in vain.

If you’d like to keep up with what I’m doing or the book I’m working on, visit me  on my blog and save it as one of your favorites. Every now and then I’ll post a little about my upcoming projects, showcase author friends and acquaintances, or pass on some information I might have about things brewing in the arts community.

The Journey…

As an author, I’ve done my share of traveling. However no city or event has ever compared to my daily walk with God. It has its peaks and valleys, but I know the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord (Psalms 37:23) and that though a man plans his way, it’s the Lord determines his steps. (Proverbs 16:9).

I invite you to take this walk with me.

The Roman Road

As an author, I’ve done my share of traveling. However no city or event has ever compared to my daily walk with God. It has its peaks and valleys, but I know the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord (Psalms 37:23) and that though a man plans his way, it’s the Lord determines his steps. (Proverbs 16:9).

I invite you to take this walk with me.

We have all sinned.

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

Jesus Christ dies for us.

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

You can have eternal life.

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

Believe in Jesus and trust His death was for the payment of our sins.

“…that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9

Call on the name of the Lord.

” …for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13

Pray this prayer.

Dear Lord Jesus,

I admit that I’m a sinner. I believe in my heart that You died on the cross for my sins, and that You rose again from the grave. I repent for my sins and invite You into my heart. Be the Lord of my life. Thank You Lord for forgiving me and help me to live a life pleasing in Your site.

In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
